Having personally navigated the legal system and worked with attorneys from the client’s perspective, Mr. Smith often says he has been on both sides of the phone. Mr. Smith’s legal journey began as a paralegal, where he graduated in the top 5 of his class. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Houston–Clear Lake, graduating cum laude, and later obtained his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law–Houston.

No stranger to adversity, Mr. Smith prides himself on his resilience, hard work, and determination—qualities that he brings to every case he handles.

Gabriel received his paralegal certification and graduated in the top five in his class from the Paralegal Program at the University of Houston Downtown. He also earned a certificate in Contract Law. His academic excellence and dedication to his studies were evident throughout his time in the program. Currently, Gabriel is pursuing a degree in Political Science & Business at the University of Houston. He plans to attend law school upon graduation. 

Gabriel’s decision to enter the legal field was fueled by a passion for justice and a desire to make an impact on society. He’s particularly interested in understanding the complexities of the American legal system and advocating for those who may not have a voice. As a paralegal at Case Law Legal, Gabriel brings his strong academic background, dedication, and experience that make him an invaluable asset to the legal team.

Outside of work, Gabriel is heavily involved in the legal and academic community. His roles include the President of Pi Sigma Alpha (Political Science National Honor Society), the Houston Paralegal Alumni Association, the University of Houston Pre-Law Society and the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). He also enjoys traveling, reading, observing trends in the stock market and spending time with his dog, Frank. Gabriel’s dedication to the legal field and helping others makes him a well-rounded and highly effective paralegal.

Caleb is a Certified Paralegal and Case Manager at Case Law Legal. Coming from a family deeply rooted in law and advocacy—his two brothers are also paralegals—Caleb’s passion for justice was instilled in him from an early age.

Known for his calm and reassuring demeanor, Caleb is dedicated to guiding clients through some of the most challenging and stressful legal situations. Many clients credit his support as a key factor in helping them navigate their cases with confidence.
Within the firm, Caleb is highly respected and frequently entrusted with managing some of the most complex cases. Outside of work, he cherishes spending time with his newborn daughter

Sarah is an Intake Specialist and Legal Assistant in our Houston Office. She is a Native Texan and is happy to be back in Texas after living in central Arkansas for over 20 years. Sarah is a graduate of the Paralegal Certification Program at the University of Houston-Downtown (UHD), where she earned her Paralegal Certification. With a deep passion for law and justice, Sarah aspires to attend law school and eventually pursue her goal of becoming a judge. 

Known for her kind-hearted nature and strong work ethic, she is dedicated to making a positive impact in the legal field. Outside of her professional pursuits, Sarah enjoys reading and writing, continuously expanding her knowledge and honing her skills. When she is not working, Sarah may be found taking her fur babies to the beach.

Nick is a rising senior at the University of Houston Honors College earning a degree in Political Science and Philosophy with a minor in English. Currently he is drafting a senior honors thesis.

During the school year, Nick tutors logic, government, and English for the UH Learning Center. Nick is also a contributor of a political academic journal called Arete founded at the UH Honors College, his articles can be found at AreteReview.org.

Outside of school, Nick’s favorite hobbies consist of playing video games, movies, books, and music.

Jessica plays a key role in helping new clients navigate the complexities of their legal journey. As an essential member of our intake team, she ensures each client feels heard, supported, and informed from the very first interaction. Drawing on her diverse background in gym and insurance sales and management, Jessica excels in client communication, problem-solving, and supporting individuals through high-stress situations.

Before joining Case Law Legal, Jessica had a distinguished career as a professional MMA fighter. Her experience in mixed martial arts instilled in her discipline, resilience, and determination—qualities she now applies to her work at the firm. Just as she fought with tenacity in the ring, she channels that same fighting spirit into advocating for clients and guiding them through their financial and legal challenges.
Jessica is passionate about helping others, with a strong faith that drives her commitment to treating each client with kindness, respect, and understanding. Her compassionate nature, combined with a proactive attitude and dedication to client success, makes her an invaluable asset to the team.
